What times do Pick ups start?
Pick ups start are anytime between 7am-8am.
The night before, you'll receive a message with an exact ETA for collection.
Do you allow unneutered dogs?
Yes we do!
A trial day is mandatory to assess whether daycare is right for your dog and to see if they fit into the pack.
However, we don't accept females who are in season/on heat - to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs.
What should I bring for my dog?
Just your dog! We provide everything they need but you're welcome to bring food if required.
Do dogs get rest time?
Absolutely! We make sure all dogs have time to rest and recharge throughout the day.
Can puppies attend daycare?
Yes, as long as they are fully vaccinated and comfortable in a social environment. We have seperate areas for the dogs so that they don't become overstimulated.
What happens in bad weather?
We adapt the day to ensure dogs are still stimulated, with a mix of outdoor and indoor activities where needed.
However, if the temperature is too hot/too cold we are not open.
Can I see updates throughout the day?
Yes! We send lots of pictures and videos to you throughout the day.
